Look, we get it - walking into a new gym can feel a bit weird. But honestly? We're just regular folks who love lifting heavy things and pushing ourselves. No judgment, no intimidation.

Come by anytime during staffed hours (6am-10pm weekdays) and we'll give you the tour. Show you where everything's at, explain how our programs work, maybe even throw in a free trial session if you're up for it.

Parking's available on Granville or there's a lot around the corner on Drake. Transit? We're right by the Granville Station - super easy to get to.

Do I need experience?

Nah, everyone starts somewhere. We've got programs for complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike. You'll learn proper form from day one.

What about pricing?

We've got different membership tiers depending on what you need. Give us a call or swing by and we'll walk you through options that fit your goals and budget.

Can I try it first?

Yeah for sure! Shoot us an email or call to book a free trial session. Come see if we're a good fit before committing to anything.

How busy does it get?

Early mornings and after-work hours (5-7pm) are our busiest times. Mid-day and late evenings are usually pretty chill if you prefer more space.
